Project Vision

The Piazza Toscana – "La Passeggiata" project transforms the central pool area into a vibrant community space inspired by the charm of traditional Tuscan villages. It is designed as a place where residents and guests can meet, relax, play and enjoy the unique atmosphere of Residence Girasole.

Current Situation

The area surrounding the swimming pool is the heart of Residence Girasole and naturally attracts residents and guests throughout the season. While the swimming pool itself is well used, the surrounding space offers significant potential for creating a more attractive, functional and welcoming environment for all generations.

Objectives

Create an elegant multifunctional outdoor space that encourages relaxation, social interaction and recreational activities while respecting the Mediterranean character and architectural identity of Residence Girasole.

🎯 Recreation & Leisure

The space will include carefully selected recreational elements that encourage both active and relaxing use. The proposal combines leisure activities with opportunities for informal social gatherings while maintaining an elegant and uncluttered appearance.

🌺 Mediterranean Character

Natural materials, terracotta planters, olive trees, lavender and rosemary will reinforce the authentic Tuscan atmosphere. Every element is intended to blend harmoniously with the existing architecture and landscape.

🌅 Everyday Living

Piazza Toscana is designed as a place that residents will enjoy throughout the day—from a morning coffee, to family activities around the pool, to peaceful evenings spent with neighbours and friends. The goal is to create a lively yet relaxing environment that strengthens the community spirit of Residence Girasole.
