The Extraordinary General Meeting focused primarily on the planned maintenance of Buildings A, B and C, the swimming pool area, green spaces and the review of cost allocation (millesimi). Several maintenance works were approved, while selected technical matters were postponed pending further inspections.

Key Decisions
Approved the maintenance works for Building B, including the exclusive-use staircase, loggias, terraces and parapets.
Approved the distinction between shared maintenance costs (Buildings A, B and C) and building-specific maintenance costs.
Approved a new technical inspection by Acrobatica to clarify the scope of works before execution.
Approved additional monthly maintenance of the pool and green areas (6 hours per month for one year, budget €150/month).
Confirmed the tree pruning works carried out by Canavizzi (€610 VAT included).
Agreed that district heating costs relating to the installation requested by Mr. Claudio Lotti shall not be shared by all condominium owners.
