Project Vision

The Parking project aims to improve the functionality, safety and visual appearance of the entrance area to Residence Girasole. The proposal focuses on creating a more organised parking layout, improving vehicle circulation and enhancing the overall first impression of the residence while preserving its Tuscan character.

Current Situation    

The current parking area provides sufficient capacity but lacks a clear organisation and visual identity. Traffic flow, pedestrian movement and the overall appearance can be significantly improved with relatively simple landscape and infrastructure enhancements.

Objectives

Create a safer, more attractive and better organised entrance area with improved parking functionality, clearer traffic flow and landscaping that complements the character of Residence Girasole.

Master Plan

🚗 Parking Layout

The proposed parking layout optimises the use of available space while maintaining comfortable vehicle access and safe pedestrian movement. Parking spaces are clearly organised to improve traffic flow and simplify everyday use for residents and visitors.

🌿 Landscape Integration

New greenery will be incorporated to soften the appearance of the parking area and better integrate it into the surrounding Tuscan landscape. Mediterranean planting will create a more welcoming entrance while preserving the traditional character of Residence Girasole.

💡 Infrastructure Improvements

The project also considers additional improvements such as better lighting, clear traffic organisation, improved pedestrian access and future infrastructure enhancements where appropriate.
